The IT1_OC plant series was built using criteria which bases itself on reliability, versatility and easy to use machines, these are all part of the characteristics belonging to ottogalli’s plants which are created for the production of soles, boots, sandals and full plastic shoes in pvc and tpr materials.
The machines belonging to this series are articulated in three different models:

IT1_OC 400: indicated for the production of sandals, galoshes, small boots up to 23 cm in height: half-pair moulds are injected in every mould-carrier. For soles: one-pair of moulds are injected in each mould-carrier.

IT1_OC DP 400: for the production of sandals, soles, shoes, galoshes and small boots up to 23 cm in height: one-pair of moulds are injected at each station.

Re-designed and built with materials of excellent quality, the IT1_OC 80/120 Ton has been equipped with a new press that permits more compact dimensions to be achieved while maintaining its structural strength and clamping force - two characteristics that make it so extremely competitive and such a sound investment.

The IT1_OC 80/120 Ton Model has been provided with a new, high efficiency injection unit available in two distinct versions to offer the best response to the widest production needs.
