MAGNIFICA 920 OC Series includes a wide range of automatic systems for the production of shoes, sandals and boots in thermoplastic material. The mould-carriers are designed to house a pair of moulds that are capable of working in both ST (Sole/Upper) and TS (Upper/Sole) operating modes.

Materiale nato negli anni 90 l'Etilene Vinil Acetato è una plastica copolimerica (etilene+acetato di vinile) termine che indica tutte quelle macromolecole la cui catena polimerica contiene monomeri di due o più specie different. E' utilizzato per realizzare prodotti particolarmente flessibili ed elastici scelto da molti produttori soprattutto nell'ambito calzaturiero e tecnico per le sue peculiarità:

OC 160
La linea "OC" è un impianto statico per la produzione di suole e/o ciabatte in materiali termoplastici mono e bicolore.
Disponibile in versione a due posti con stazioni di lavoro indipendenti a due gruppi di iniezione per stazione.
La "OC" 160 è disponibile sia con iniettori ad estrusione che a vite pistone.
La pressa è con cilindro diretto verticale a quattro colonne con una potenza di 1600 kN
Il portastampo ha dimensioni piu generose 480mmx550mm rispetto alle tradizionali macchine statiche 400mmx300mm
