«OR» is a revolutionary machine which combines advanced technology with new innovations. «OR» belongs to a family of static presses used to produce single-coloured, two-coloured soles from thermoplastic and expanded materials with or without inserts (clips, heel lifts, welts, leather insoles etc.).
This model is completely new and has been carefully designed to simplify and accelerate production, improving quality at the same time. The unique and original way of opening the press allows the “book-type” opening of the mould without having to slide it and so there is no need far carriages (tenders) or other devices far opening the mould at about 90° and in the same way there is no need far pipes, sheaths, cable supporting chains etc. Therefore, wear and tear, maintenance, machine shutdown and so forth are decreased.
«OR» is available in three versions: with 2, 3 or 4 stations.

IT1 400 OC
Rotative machines for full plastic sandals and low boots.
The IT1_OC plant series was built using criteria which bases itself on reliability, versatility and easy to use machines, these are all part of the characteristics belonging to ottogalli’s plants which are created for the production of soles, boots, sandals and full plastic shoes in pvc and tpr materials.
The machines belonging to this series are articulated in three different models:
IT1_OC 400: indicated for the production of sandals, galoshes, small boots up to 23 cm in height: half-pair moulds are injected in every mould-carrier. For soles: one-pair of moulds are injected in each mould-carrier.
IT1_OC DP 400: for the production of sandals, soles, shoes, galoshes and small boots up to 23 cm in height: one-pair of moulds are injected at each station.
IT1 80-120 OC

IT2 IT3 IT4 920 OC
Rotative machines for two-three-four colours full plastic high boots.
IT_OC Series includes an ample range of automatic systems for the production of shoes, sandals and boots in thermoplastic material. The mould-holders are designed to house a pair of moulds that are capable of working in both SU (Sole/Upper) and US (Upper/Sole) operating modes. The first system permits the simultaneous injection of the sole and the upper using just one unit with a Vertical/Horizontal press, while the second system permits the injection of the upper on one press and the injection of the sole on the second press.
A control unit manages the primary work parameters while the Energy Saving system guarantees significant energy savings. The multi-station rotary table is equipped with hydraulic position braking. The injection units can include 2, 3 or 4 injectors and work in SU, US or SU + US operating modes.

IT1 LE 400 OC
Rotative machines for foamed and bright soles in pvc material.
The IT1_OC LE 400 machine can produce slippers with or without uppers, multi-insert soles, and welts; the high press clamping force also makes this machine an excellent choice for extremely slender soles.
This machine injects one pair per station with one injector per foot; in other words, this production of a one-colour pair with the use of two injectors permits efficient injection control.
When expanded materials are used, outputs of more than 100 pairs/hr are reached.With the injection of compressed air during the injection phase and the rapid degassing system, materials expand better, acquire a more uniform and brighter appearance, and do not require a final finishing treatment.The high-level components utilized are managed by sophisticated, state-of-the art software. ITS OC
Multistation rotative machines for multicolour unit soles.
The units in the “S” rotary line are automatic machines for the production of soles in one-colour, two-colour and three-colour material, with two moulds per station.
The parameters are managed by a PLC command unit and, in some of the models, by a video micro-compressor. Our models also include the possibility to work with the double system sole/uppers and uppers/sole. Working with the s/u system involves a mould made up of four pieces . The sole and midsole are injected simultaneously on the same press in the three colours - two colours on the sole and one for the midsole. The u/s system is carried out with the sole and the upper edge on the first press and the midsole on the second. All the machines are equipped with a post-injection anti-shrink system, Energy Saving and an air-blowing unit.

La TA98 è dotata di:

IT1 700 OC
