TA100 is an injection machine with a completely automatic cycle for the injection of thermoplastic material.

TA100 is provided with :

• Hydraulic press of 100 Tons with controlled and programmable speed, pressure and stroke
• Double normal heels double frame with internal cooling system
• Two-nozzle injector
• Balances equipped with sensors for the control of the product unloading
• Terminal planning and speed control, capacity and temperature parameters
• Hydraulic extractor with cyclic extraction
• Programmable injection unit for different phases and ways; possibility to change speed and capacity several times during the same injection
• All movements are controlled by ultrasound transducer at hundredth mm precision
• The machine has no registration chamber
• Hydraulic unit, electric control panel and console are incorporated in the machine creating a single monobloc.
• The programs of the different productions can be memorized and registered on the terminal video in order to recall them every time they should repeat
