The «SH» type machine has been created to satisfy the several requirements of the producers of different soles: single-coloured, twocoloured and with several layers, using frames with two, three or four parts, with the possibility of working in a totally automatic way.

To produce more sophisticated soles with inserts, such as clips, welts, leather insoles etc. the machine is used in a manual way. The «SH» has been studied in every detail to simplify the use, the programming and the maintenance; it is constructed in monobloc with an electric panel and hydraulic gear box built into the structure of the machine.
The «SH» is available in an only version with 2 stations

MAIN FEATURES OF STANDARD MODEL

• 2 130 Ton presses with hydraulic closing, with two speeds and self-control of the height frame;
• 2 180° rotating heads with a micro-cooling system and separated blowings on three faces;
• 2 1,5 Ton. extractor units with adjustable stroke;
• 2 automatic sprue extraction units;
• 8 flowed and pressured blowing regulators;
• 4 three speed reduction-gear extruders and 11 kW electric motor;
• quik frame locking unit;
• axial piston-pump with changeable range;
