IT OC Series includes a wide range of automatic systems for the production of shoes, sandals and boots in thermoplastic material. The mould-carriers are designed to house a pair of moulds that are capable of working in both ST (Sole/Upper) and TS (Upper/Sole) operating modes.

The first system permits the simultaneous injection of the sole and the upper using just one unit with a Vertical/Horizontal press, while the second system allows the injection of the upper on the first press and the injection of the sole on the second press.

A control unit manages the primary work parameters while the Energy Saving system guarantees significant energy savings. The multi-station rotary table is equipped with hydraulic position braking. The injection units can include 2, 3 or 4 injectors and work in ST, TS or ST + TS operating modes.
