Siamo lieti di comunicarVi l'inizio della distribuzione delle nostre nuove macchine per stivali della serie IT-OC, derivata da un'attenta attività di “up-grading” del modello F2S, già distribuito e apprezzato sin dagli anni '60.

Tutta la nuova serie IT-OC è progettata per incontrare le esigenze dell'attuale mercato, mantenendo al tempo stesso le caratteristiche originali d'affidabilità, robustezza, semplicità di utilizzo ed economicità, proprie già della precedente F2S.
Ecco le innovazioni introdotte:

• una pressa con un'elevata rigidità strutturale e una forza ottimale di chiusura;
• un porta stampo studiato per accogliere stampi di dimensioni più generose;
• un gruppo di iniezione ad alta efficienza, in due versioni per le diverse esigenze produttive;
• un impianto oleodinamico con pompe “energy-saving”.

Tra i modelli disponibili Vi segnaliamo, in particolare, la IT-OC 780 e la IT-OC 920, novità assoluta sul mercato, dotate di un porta stampo più ampio rispetto a quelli attualmente presenti sul mercato.

We are very pleased to inform you about the beginning of the distribution of our new Boots machines model IT-OC, derived from a careful work of “up-grading” the model F2S, already distributed and appreciated since the 60's.

All the new series IT-OC is designed to meet the needs of the current market, maintaining at the same time the original characteristics of reliability, strength, simplicity of use and economy, already owned by the previous model F2S.
Here are all the introduced innovations:

• a press with high structural rigidness and an optimal clamping force;
• a mould carrier studied to house moulds with bigger dimensions;
• an injection unit with high efficiency in two versions for different production needs;
• a hydraulic system with “energy-saving” pumps.

Among the available models, in particular, we point out the machines IT-OC 780 and the IT-OC 920, the absolute last up-dated model in the market, equipped with a mould carrier larger than those currently on the market.

In the months of March '10 and April '10, we're organizing meetings with our most affectionate customers to illustrate the technical characteristics that guarantee decisive advantages in terms of quality, time and production costs.
